  Brad did a complete remodel of our home over a period of two years. Not only was his work wonderful and beyond expectations, but he made the process enjoyable for my wife and me. For extended periods of time, we were living in the house, and he made the work done at the other half of the house as easy on us as it could be -- cleaning up completely at the end of each day. Moreover, once the work was done, he came back without fail to help with anything that needed be done and called on his sub-contators to fix anything that needed fixing.
  
  I can't recommend Brad highly enough and would be pleased to see him involved with any work that might ever be needed by our good friends.

  I highly recommend McNeil Construction. Brad McNeil was referred to me by a roofer and I feel extremely fortunate to have found him. Brad managed a complete remodel of a 100 year old cottage on my property 2 years ago -- taking it down to the studs and reconstructing it inside and out. Not a single day was unproductive, his subs were all excellent and respectful of the property, his lead Israel did outstanding work, all aspects from bidding to completion were done with very clear communication. Brad listens to goals and concerns from start to finish; he presents options and offers recommendations accordingly. Brad always stayed within budget. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work Brad and his team did and recommend him without hesitation.
